We want our lives to be free of these lies, deceptions and crippling conditions. We may have tried self-discipline, self-help programs, counselling, behaviour modification, medication and every other way to overcome our problems, but still are unable to get free.

Not all of our problems are caused by evil spirits. But you can suspect a spirit if you have a chronic compulsion to act in a way which is contrary to the Word of God and alien to your own personality.
